This year, 24 dedicated apprentices from six FSG divisions crossed an important milestone in their professional journeys: graduation from Propel Career Academy. The ceremony marks the end of a four-year commitment to learning and growth, and the beginning of the next chapter in their careers as electricians.

Luis Larios joined FSG Houston in 2019 as an apprentice electrician and quickly discovered that his career would take him to new heights. Literally. Today, he’s not just an apprentice; he’s a certified Rope Access Technician, using rappelling skills to service hard-to-reach lighting fixtures across Houston’s skyline.
