From Navy SEAL to FSG: Dale Vick’s Journey of Service and Leadership

Dale Vick’s journey has been anything but ordinary. A Navy SEAL (Class of ’75), missionary, chaplain, and lighting industry veteran, Dale has spent his life serving others. After years in missions work across Costa Rica and Guatemala, Dale returned to Dallas and found a career in lighting sales. Now, as an Outside Sales professional at FSG, he brings the same teamwork, dedication, and leadership he learned in the SEAL teams and in ministry.

For Dale, FSG isn’t just a workplace, it’s a company that values faith, relationships, and taking care of its own. Just like in the SEAL teams, success comes from working together, lifting each other up, and making a difference.
