FSG Northeast kicked off the new year in style with a Spirit Week from January 27th – 31st. It was a week filled with fun, food, games, and lots of team spirit. Employees had a chance to connect and show their creativity to win some great prizes.
Monday: FSG Pride & Games
The week started with a Bagel Breakfast to fuel up for the festivities. Employees proudly wore FSG colors and branded gear, with prizes awarded for most creative, most branded, best use of FSG colors, and most FSG spirit. After breakfast, the excitement continued with Spin to Win, where employees won FSG swag and gift cards. Finally, an FSG Scavenger Hunt encouraged employees to mingle and complete fun challenges together and separately to win even more prizes.
Tuesday: Crazy Hair & Trivia Fun
Things got wild with Crazy Hair & Hat Day, where employees competed for the craziest hair and craziest hat. Lunchtime brought some friendly competition with FSG & New Jersey Trivia, where employees tested their knowledge of FSG, NJ, and Pop Culture while enjoying a Philly Pretzel Factory Pretzel Bar.
Wednesday: 80’s Throwback & FSG Lingo Bingo
FSG took a trip back to 1982 (the year we were founded!) with 80’s Day, featuring prizes for the most awesome guy, most awesome lady, raddest hair, raddest outfit, and who could have been in an MTV music video. The day also included another Spin to Win session and an exciting round of FSG Lingo Bingo where we maxed out the lunchroom for a few exciting rounds of your grandma’s favorite game!
Thursday: Thank You Thursday
To show appreciation for the Northeast team’s incredible year last year, FSG provided a Thank You Lunch from The Greek Spot, followed by Ice Cream Novelties for a sweet treat.
Friday: Fun & Creativity
Employees wrapped up the week by dressing up as their favorite characters for Character Day, with special guest appearances by Guy Fieri and Tom Selleck! The celebrations ended on a creative note with Paint n Snack, where everyone painted a terracotta pot and planted a succulent while enjoying some tasty snacks.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated and made Spirit Week such a success! Your enthusiasm, creativity, and FSG pride made this an unforgettable event. We can’t wait to do it again next year!
