Building the Future: Celebrating the Women of FSG During Women in Construction Week

At FSG, we know that opportunity, hard work, and dedication pave the way for success regardless of gender. Women in Construction Week is the perfect time to spotlight some of the more than 350 incredible women who make an impact across the company every day.

These women have taken on challenges, stepped into leadership roles, and built inspiring careers. From the field to the office, they represent the future of the industry.

Jennifer Cobb

Leading the Way

Jennifer Cobb started her journey as an apprentice in 2019, but she didn’t stop there. She earned her Journeyman card, became a Lead, and later a Foreman. Now, she’s also a full-time instructor at Propel Career Academy, guiding the next generation of electricians. Her work ethic and passion have been instrumental in shaping FSG’s workforce.

From Reception to Leadership

RaQuel Cammon

Starting as a temporary receptionist, RaQuel Cammon proved her ability to take on more. She advanced through roles in dispatch, billing, and accounting before stepping into FSG National Accounts. She’s also FSG Austin’s top learner, completing more training modules than anyone else on campus.

Like RaQuel, Megan Harwell and Danielle Motiff also began as receptionists before taking on key coordination and operational roles. Megan now handles service billing, aerial and ground dispatching, while Danielle has expanded into accounts payable, operations support, and management of technology assets—all within her first year.

Supporting Construction & Service Operations

Randi Loudermilk started as a temp and quickly moved into a more expansive role, managing accounts payable, construction coordination, and certified payroll. She’s known as a “go-to” person for anything at FSG Austin, ensuring projects run smoothly.

Creating Careers, Not Just Jobs

For Alex Zelaya and Amelia Buenrostro, FSG has been more than just a place to work—it’s been a career-building experience. Alex, now an HR Generalist, is passionate about helping others grow within the company, while Amelia, a former receptionist turned HR recruiter, finds fulfillment in helping people start their careers at FSG.

Celebrating Their Success

Each of these women, along with many others, brings something unique to the institution. Their dedication, adaptability, and leadership are shaping not only their own careers, but also the future of FSG.

To all the women in construction at FSG, your contributions don’t go unnoticed. THANK YOU for all that you do! Happy Women in Construction Week!
