Employee Spotlight: Isaiah Gurule, Project Manager & Construction Estimator for FSG Albuquerque
Meet Isaiah Gurule, Project Manager and Construction Estimator for FSG Albuquerque. Isaiah joined FSG in August 2021 after working as an electrical foreman for a local electrical company.
Since joining FSG, Isaiah has grown both professionally and personally. From getting better at managing projects in a highly collaborative environment to improving his time management skills, FSG has provided him with the opportunity to strengthen his individual set of skills.
Isaiah has also been instrumental in helping to build the construction department in Albuquerque. He’s motivated by that growth, and also when he gets to serve repeat customers with excellence. When asked about what projects he’s most proud of managing, he highlighted Lexus of Santa Fe and the Westgate Community Center.
When asked what skill has been most important to his success at FSG, Isaiah said, “Communication. Having the opportunity to communicate with my peers and collaborate allows me to see other points of view that may expedite a solution.”
Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys camping in the mountains with his wife and two kids and riding his Harley.
