Facility Solutions Group continues to win supply and installation contracts for Direct Install Programs across the United States.
In New Jersey, FSG has been awarded two contracts for the New Jersey State Direct Install Program. The program is targeted at small- to mid-size businesses in New Jersey, and pays 70% of the total cost of upgrading to energy efficient technologies. FSG is an ideal fit for this program, as it covers all phases of an upgrade, from assessment to final installation. Our contracts for this program cover material supply, audits, and installations. The total worth of these contracts adds up to $20 million per year for the next three years.
Lime Energy has contracted FSG to start or continue work on two direct install programs. We will be the material supplier for the new Oncor Direct Install Program, through Lime, in Dallas, Texas. Additionally, our current work with Lime in Boston, Mass., will be renewed for three years at $3 million per year.
We have also been awarded two new contracts for the Eversource Direct Install Program, at a total value of $5 million per year for three years. Our contracts with BG&E, PSE&G, and SCE&G have also all been renewed for a total of $17 million.
