“I wanted to join the apprenticeship program because I saw it as an opportunity to live the why,” says Gabriel Rivera, an Apprentice Electrician at FSG Dallas.
Ralph Ibarra, Pre-Fab Coordinator and Instructor, gets his why out of teaching the apprentices. “Being an instructor, you find it rewarding to share your knowledge. The compensation is seeing these young guys learning and doing what you taught them and knowing why they did it.”
Mark Mitchell, Executive Vice President shares, “As broad as FSG is, there are just so many places to go. Being able to have organic growth with our people and then they can go wherever.”
