FSG Dallas worked with the AT&T Performing Arts Center to retrofit their parking garage lighting.
Chuck Thomas from the AT&T Performing Arts Center was interested in working with FSG after previously experiencing great customer support. Thomas was excited for the LED retrofit for several reasons; reduction in a costly energy bill, a generous utility incentive check, and less time spent on replacing bulbs.
Randy West, from FSG Dallas, expressed that he has no ulterior motives when selling to customers. “What I seek is what’s best for the customer. I’m not loyal to a brand, I’m not trying to force anything I want to sell in there. I truly want that facility to have the best solution for them.”
West said, “FSG has just done a tremendous job about recognizing the need people have for their facilities that they have actually built the company around those needs.” FSG has proven that by simply listening to the customer creates a unique business relationship.
