This week is National Apprenticeship Week (NAW), and it’s all about recognizing how apprenticeships shape careers, industries, and communities. At FSG, this celebration holds a special meaning because it highlights the work we’re doing through our Propel Career Academy.
Propel Career Academy is where the next generation of skilled electricians begins their journey. Through hands-on training and real-world experience in our FSG Prefab shop, Propel equips apprentices to step confidently into becoming electricians—a role that makes FSG thrive. This isn’t just about learning skills; it’s about building careers that make a difference.
We’re proud of how our apprentices become an integral part of FSG’s success. By blending classroom instruction with practical application, Propel ensures every apprentice is ready to meet the demands of the electrical industry. Many of these individuals eventually join FSG’s workforce, contributing to projects that power businesses and light up communities.
As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, it’s important to remember that apprenticeships are more than just training programs—they’re launch pads for successful futures. They also reinforce FSG’s reputation as a company that invests in its people and prioritizes quality at every level.
So this week we honor the folks attending Propel Career Academy—because apprenticeships aren’t just about building skills; they’re about building FSG’s future.
