One of Randy’s key accomplishments was organizing a strategic planning session led by Mark Lien, a well-known expert in the industry. This session brought members together to outline a clear plan for NALMCO’s future, fostering discussions on how the organization can adapt and grow.
Another significant milestone under Randy’s leadership was the introduction of the Germicidal Ultraviolet (GUV) certification program. This certification has helped establish NALMCO as a trusted authority in a field that has grown increasingly relevant in recent years.
Randy also focused on succession planning, ensuring that leadership transitions within the organization are well-prepared. He worked with the board to identify future leaders and create a structured plan to support NALMCO’s continuity over the next several years.
Additionally, Randy played a key role in steering NALMCO through the financial challenges brought on by the pandemic. By taking careful steps, the organization emerged in a stronger financial position, allowing it to reinvest in initiatives that support its members and long-term goals.
As Randy’s term as president concludes at the end of this year, his efforts have positioned NALMCO for continued growth and stability. His thoughtful approach to leadership has made a meaningful impact.
FSG is proud to have someone from our team contributing at such a high level within the industry. Congratulations, Randy!
