Office

I must be on time for meetings.

I must participate in company meetings.

I will trust, respect, and support my fellow team members.

I will comply with all company policies.

Work Orders

I must be on time for appointments.

I must know what NTE means and how to raise it if necessary.

I must fill out “Return for Work” form for incomplete work.

I must provide clear and accurate descriptions of work performed.

I must record all material used with the accurate FSG part number/transfer from tablet.

I must obtain a signature, store stamp, and other required documentation.

I must save and turn in all receipts and packing lists with each work order.

I must date all ballasts with the installation date.

Vehicles

I must keep my vehicle neat and clean.

I must ensure that my vehicle is properly stocked.

I must immediately report any problems with my vehicle to the office staff.

I must comply with all fueling and maintenance requirements for my vehicle.

Time Sheets

I must fill out timesheets daily or use Pro T Service App. (if applicable)

I must have each entry on my timesheet accurate. (if not using Pro T)

Appearance

I will always wear a clean uniform in good condition.

I will always treat the customer with respect.

I will always convey a positive attitude when I represent FSG.

I will always keep a spare clean shirt in my truck.
