Exteriors Technician
Job Description
As an FSG Exteriors Technician on residential and commercial worksites, you are expected to maintain safety protocols, arrive to work and complete the project in a timely manner and keep a professional attitude and appearance. The ideal candidate will be working towards a long-term career in the field with the potential for huge growth at Facility Solutions Group.

To continually place safety as a primary concern, and to complete assigned tasks with a steady focus on excellence in the smallest details of each job.
Duties and Responsibilities
An Exteriors Tech will have some experience with one or more of the following:
Carpentry – framing and finish/trim
Roofing
Siding
Masonry
The ability and willingness to learn new skills.
Odd jobs and miscellaneous work that happens on every project.
Bilingual is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Gather tools and supplies to be used at the worksite.
Roofing/siding repair
Maintain a positive and safe work environment
Maintain tools and equipment and keep supplies and parts in order.
Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment
Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed by supervisor
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Roofing, masonry and general construction experience
Residential Remodeling experience
Previous employer references and/or work photos from previous experience
Must be comfortable with heights�
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to pass drug and background screen
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with hands including using tools.
Must be able to physically perform many tasks that require squatting, standing, crawl, climb, and bending for hours at a time.
Possess basic roofing and remodel hand tools
Possess power tools (drills, nail guns, saws)
Dependable transportation (truck preferred)
Ability to multitask while staying organized
Positive customer service skills
