Over the years, many companies have joined the FSG team.
With each team comes new partners and new customers. For some customers, seeing their familiar company transition over to the FSG name can be a concerning thing. Recently one such customer wrote to the FSG Northeast team about their concerns and their relief. Special thanks to the Northeast team for sharing this shining example of excellence in action.
To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to thank you and your company- FSGI, for providing us with exceptional service during our recent lightning strike and subsequent electrical problems at our school for children with Special Needs. This change of routine could have really set our kids off, but it didn’t.
Antonio was great and always willing to help us and come over at a moments notice. He also called a co-worker (sorry I can’t remember his name) who came by after his shift to help out and diagnose the problems at our School. Their teamwork was a great reflection on your FSGI company. Steve corresponded with me very professionally and efficiently and Alan, as always, was available to me at anytime to help reduce our anxiety.
The New Road Schools of New Jersey have a long history with Alan and Broadway Electric and honestly we were a bit nervous when the company was sold. We didn’t know if FSGI could live up to the high quality and standards we found with Broadway through Alan and Kevin.
I am pleased to report that we no longer have any concerns about FSGI. You are a first-class, electrical company and I will gladly share that news with anyone I know in need of quality electrical service.
