It’s FSG 40 Friday! All year long, we’re celebrating our 40th anniversary and the talented folks behind FSG. This week, we’re looking back at FSG’s 30th Year Anniversary video.
In this short, Founder and CEO, Bill Graham discusses what sets FSG apart with Founder and COO, Steve Byrne. At the time, the two were reflecting on the aspects of the business that have brought them continued success. Among these are the people within the company, but more importantly, their dedication to the original vision.
FSG was not built on greed, but rather a dream of being able to provide for others. What makes FSG unique is not the determination for success or the annual earnings, but the continued effort to better oneself and the surrounding environment. “This company is about this business and the prosperity and the continued growth of it. It’s not about what I’m getting out of it, it’s what I put into it and see it grow,” says Bill. When a dedicated team of individuals is consciously working toward a common goal, success has no bounds.
