As the school year winds down, career fairs are ramping up. FSG is actively participating in these events as we seek to recruit new tradesmen entering the workforce. Recently, Senior Talent Acquisition Leader, Paul Shy, represented us at the Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) Career Fair in Colorado.
FSG was one of eight companies that spent time speaking with graduate students and the public about careers in the electrical field. People commented that FSG’s booth was the most professional and was the only booth where people lined up numerous times to find out about us and our employment opportunities!
