FSG Corporate is seeking internal talent to fill two new Regional Trainer positions – one in the Northeast and one in the West. Each trainer will work on the Training and Development team within the Education Department in order to train their region’s non-craft employees on systems and processes.
The Training and Development team is looking for someone passionate, knowledgeable, patient, and organized to add as a Regional Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity for a current FSG employee to apply what they have learned throughout their career to train and develop others and create new enhancements to streamline our processes to make all FSG employees’ jobs easier. This position will include, but is not limited to:
-Creating, implementing, and training new learning programs for non-craft employees
-Planning and directing training activities between employees and management
-Continuously improving the training program to ensure FSG is operating at maximum potential
-Work closely with the I.T. Department
-Work in a team environment with all trainers/SMEs
