The Corpus Christi Museum of Natural History contacted Peter Cardona of FSG to help with the walkway lighting around their Columbus Ships replica outdoor exhibit.
Peter proposed a nautical type pole and 60 watt induction light fixture for long life, energy saving and good light output for the walkway. FSG Electric installed the poles and fixtures and the customer is very happy.
The full size replicas of the three Columbus ships at Corpus Christi Texas, are as close as possible (from extensive document research in Spain) to the original Columbus ships.
The Pinta and Santa Maria can be seen in dry dock at the Museum for Science and History, 1900 N. Chaparral, Corpus Christi, Texas. The Nina is docked in the City Marina, in downtown Corpus Christi.
