FSG’s newest recruiter, Saul Cabrerra recently attended the Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) AMPLIFY Pre-Apprenticeship Graduation Career Fair in Northglen, Colorado to speak with participants about career opportunities at FSG.
AMPLIFY is a 3-week Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Program designed to introduce participants to the electrical trade. The program is taught by industry professionals and is designed for participants to “test-drive” the electrical trade. The program covers the basics of electricity, explores various types of electrical work, and provides hands-on training in basic circuitry.
At the Career Fair for AMPLIFY graduates, Saul spoke with more than 30 people about the great careers FSG offers. The contacts were promising and have already led to interviews for new technicians. Great job, Saul!
