FSG Technology Team Grows Stronger with Three Key Promotions in San Antonio

We’re proud to recognize three standout team members for their continued growth and leadership at FSG Technology.

Johnny Vela – Project Manager

Johnny joined FSG in 2016 as a Structured Cable Technician and quickly rose to Superintendent, where he led some of our most complex projects. He’s a true multi-discipline pro, with deep expertise in copper, fiber, A/V, security, and both Inside and Outside Plant applications.

His technical knowledge, steady leadership, and ability to deliver results make him a strong addition to our Project Management team.

Richard Torres – Senior Project Manager

Since joining us in 2014, Richard has moved up through the ranks with determination and focus – from Structured Cable Technician to Lead Tech, Superintendent, and Project Manager. His ability to lead, communicate, and win over customers and vendors alike has made him a standout.

Richard also plays a key role in improving internal processes, policies, and training efforts, making him a natural fit for the Senior Project Manager role.

Eddie Reyes – Service Project Manager

Eddie began his FSG journey in 2019 as a Service Cable Technician. Known for “figuring out anything,” he quickly earned a reputation for reliability, customer service, and technical excellence—especially in Access Control, Networking, and Audio Visual.

His commitment to solving problems and helping both teammates and clients alike made this next step a clear one.
