Greenleaf was recently honored with an award and was also highlighted in Solar Power World magazine.
For the second year in a row, Greenleaf was recognized and awarded by the CT Green Bank, for our outstanding work and commitment when working with nonprofits, schools, and industrial clients, offering customized solutions like solar PV and detailed multi-measure projects. The CT Green Bank focuses on supporting Connecticut’s economy and environment by providing financing solutions to encourage investment in clean energy and make it more accessible and affordable.
Greenleaf was also highlighted in Solar Power World magazine as the installer of a 218-kW rooftop solar system at Easterseals’ Deerfield Road facility in Windsor. This installation is part of a broader clean energy upgrade project funded through C-PACE financing from the Connecticut Green Bank, with additional support from the federal ITC direct pay option. Our involvement showcases our Solar division’s expertise in implementing renewable energy solutions and their commitment to supporting nonprofit organizations in achieving energy efficiency and cost savings. The project, which also includes new lighting and controls, is expected to save approximately $1.3 million in energy costs over its lifetime and is projected to be fully completed in the first half of 2024.
