FSG Indy recently gathered for an employee appreciation event at Victory Field, where they watched the Indianapolis Indians play against the Louisville Bats from a private suite.
The suite offered a great view of the field and a fun place to spend time with colleagues. Food and drinks were available throughout the game, and the team enjoyed the chance to relax and catch up outside of work. It was a good reminder that taking a step back from work, even for a few hours, helps to connect and strengthen our teams.
Conversations ranged from family and hobbies to favorite ballpark snacks. Some cheered for every play while others quietly took in the sights and sounds of the ballpark. The energy was calm and friendly, and it was great to see everyone enjoying the game and each other’s company.
