FSG Introduces John Ancona as Chief Operating Officer, Facility Services
FSG is excited to welcome John Ancona as the new Chief Operating Officer, Facility Services.
In this new role, John will drive operational excellence in FSG’s electrical and lighting services business through innovative front-line strategy, advanced go-to-market tactics, and next-level digital enablement. John’s vision is to take FSG’s already successful services business to even more medium and large commercial businesses across the United States.
John joins FSG with 20 years of experience in both Business-to-Business and Direct-to-Consumer field services organizations. He has held roles in Finance, Strategy, Business Development, and, most significantly, Field Service Operations related to large-scale, multi-unit service businesses.

He will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive next-level operational excellence for electrical services within the existing commercial building market segment for FSG. John will help enable the consistent delivery of services to FSG’s national and local client base, thus allowing FSG to rapidly grow a profitable market share throughout the US.
