FSG Proudly Celebrates TWO Major Milestones with Juan Guerrero!
FSG is proud to celebrate two significant milestones with Juan Guerrero, Service Project Manager with Division 20, FSG Austin. In addition to commemorating his 30-year tenure with FSG, we are also thrilled to congratulate him on becoming a US Citizen on May 26th!
Juan came to the United States in search of a better life when he was just 14 years old. He was on his own and worked a multitude of jobs to make ends meet while pursuing the American Dream. Eventually, he secured a job with Design Electric as an apprentice. He steadily moved up through the ranks, eventually obtaining his Journeyman License. Most recently, he has moved into the role of Service Project Manager with FSG Austin.
Throughout his time at FSG, Juan has had a positive impact on many people. He has mentored apprentices, guiding them on the right path to becoming skilled electricians. Juan has also been a constant source of motivation for his team members, demonstrating that commitment and hard work lead to success. Currently, he’s directly contributing to the expansion of FSG Austin by collaborating with the sales staff and management team.
Chip Seck, Service Manager at FSG Austin says, “I first met Juan in 1999 when I moved from San Antonio to Austin. Juan and I worked together in the Service Department and I quickly learned that he is a hard worker and a dedicated employee. As the years went on, I got to know Juan more he has become a great friend and I consider him part of my family and am proud to have him on my team.”
