Highlights from FSG New York’s Leadership Summit

On June 22nd, FSG New York (Division 24) held a Leadership Summit hosted by New York VP of Construction Ricky Tripodo and Corporate Advisor Alde Ortega and it was a hit!

FSG is an institution dedicated to making sure all employees receive adequate training and professional development opportunities. This summit was aimed at helping our Directors and Executive Project Managers spearhead their success within FSG. The curriculum was focused on relationship management, working through how to make connections with clients and who to make connections with up and down the chain of command, and the goal was to get ALL leaders involved in building relationships with key clients who we would like to continue working with.

This event was intentionally planned as a small, intimate setting for a better training experience where participants could feel comfortable engaging in dialog with the presenters and each other.

The event closed with a dinner event to express appreciation and gratitude toward the leaders within Division 24. Celebrity Chef, Chris Nirschel, known for his appearances on television shows such as House of Food and Chopped, hosted a farm-to-table dining experience right in the office!

FSG Electric New York wants to specifically highlight Krystal Ali for organizing the whole event. She knocked it out of the park and even organized vendors to sponsor the summit and they funded the entire event!

FSG New York leaders left the event ready to attack relationship management with a new purpose.
