NAC Quarter 4 Awards

Please congratulate the following members of our National Accounts Family on receiving 2019’s 4th Quarter awards.

These are awards bestowed by the NAC leadership to the team members who have contributed the most to NAC’s success during the quarter. Each of the winners below has met or surpassed the criteria set for their award. They have clearly demonstrated the outstanding qualities the leadership group at NAC looks for in our team members when presenting these awards. They mean something to us, as they should to everyone here. Going forward, there will be a Top Performer for each of the verticals (Ops, CCC and Support). There will be one Spirit and one Innovation winner for the entire campus.

Amber Burchett – Top Performer for Operations (Service) – To the employee who has contributed above and beyond during the quarter, delivered an outstanding contribution to profitability or generally is recognized as the TOP performing employee of the quarter.

This is what Robert had to say about Amber… There isn’t enough that I can say about Amber!  It is with great pleasure that I nominate Amber for 4th quarter top performer award.   In addition to performing her job at an exemplary level, Amber demonstrates an extraordinary commitment to FSG and her passion to make our team strive for better each and every day.  Amber has been a vital part of Team 5 for over 4 years now.  She quickly caught on to all Team 5 accounts and is able to work any customer on our team.  Amber takes it upon herself to provide exceptional support and service to new employees with all the knowledge that she has about Team 5 Accounts especially Ulta.  She understands quickly their individual needs and moves efficiently to provide key information, recommendations, or direction.  Amber knows her customer like the back of her hand and can solve any issues with little to no help at all.  Fondly known as the ‘go-to’ for most things on Team 5, Amber receives calls daily from offices and is asked questions throughout the day from teammates who call upon her experience and know-how for information and advice.  Amber has been deeply involved in the Ulta account which is a top 10 account at FSG.   Amber is able to effectively communicate to the customer no matter the need and handle any task given to her.  She has been invited year after year to visit Ulta in Chicago and every time FSG walks away with praise reports about the exceptional work that Team 5 does and Amber is a huge factor in this.   Amber goes over the Ulta dash as a whole each day to help the team out with anything needed.  She also runs reports from Service Channel weekly to make sure that the Team is staying on top of all WO’s and the customer is being handled in a timely manner. Amber is helpful, caring, resourceful, and happy to offer help no matter the task. She often performs above and beyond.  Over the last 4  years on Team 5, I have known Amber to be a fantastic teammate,  her quick wit, attention to detail, and loyalty to FSG/Team 5 have clearly been shown. She is a true champion for FSG/Team 5 with a tireless commitment to serving FSG.

Stanley Wills – Top Performer for Operations (Projects) – To the employee who has contributed above and beyond during the quarter, delivered an outstanding contribution to profitability or generally is recognized as the TOP performing employee of the quarter.

This is what Nicole had to say about Stanley…  Stanley has shown tremendous growth since he first started almost a year ago. When Stanley first started with FSG, he helped review and attach deliverables for the Circle K projects. Through his eagerness to learn more and his positive go-getter attitude, he is now billing and running small project codes on his own.  I can always rely on Stanley to complete any task I throw at him, small or big.  The best part about Stanley is when he completes all his assigned tasks, he asks who or what he can help with next! Stanley is a top performer because he is a true team player for the Projects Department, and he gives 110% every time.

Connie Golightly – Top Performer for CCC – To the employee who has contributed above and beyond during the quarter, delivered an outstanding contribution to profitability or generally is recognized as the TOP performing employee of the quarter.

This is what Lindsey had to say about Connie… She is consistently at the top of order entry and lines entered. She handles some of our more picky accounts and has asked for more difficult challenges in 2020.  She is always willing and wanting to help out the team in any way that she can, and does it with a positive attitude!

Jacoya Dunnings – Top Performer for Central Services – To the employee who has contributed above and beyond during the quarter, delivered an outstanding contribution to profitability or generally is recognized as the TOP performing employee of the quarter.

This is what Sherri had to say about Jacoya… Jacoya has been with FSG for less than a year and has been making an impact every step of the way. She was handed several of the largest and more complex AR accounts like Simon Properties, Starbucks, Verizon, just to name a few. Jacoya came in with the desire to gain as much knowledge as possible, not just about FSG processes, but about her customers as well. This mindset has enabled her to develop different strategies to accommodate each of her customer’s needs. She has been dedicated to working closely with various FSG departments to identify and develop an understanding of possible reasons for the delinquent AR balances.  Once issues were identified, Jacoya was able to better communicate with the customer and work toward the individual resolutions. She has finished out Q4 strong, dropping her 180+ Risk Reserve down to $250K by the end of the year. She continues to exemplify initiative, teamwork, and dedication. I’m excited to see what her future holds.

Ron Dunn – Spirit Award – To the employee who demonstrates a consistent positive attitude in all settings each quarter.

This is what Courtney had to say about Ron… Ron Dunn goes out of his way to help keep spirits high. When he hears others being negative on the team, he chimes in with a joke or something to help keep a positive attitude.

Andrew Morgan – Innovation Award – To the employee who provides the most innovative idea that enhances short and long-term organizational productivity.

This is what Chris Wills had to say about Andrew… For continuing to improve upon his masterful, time and money-saving Project Excel tool! The new refinements include Excel automatically logging in to both COINS and TREND to pull O/E Reports + PO Reports, then uploading them into our project tracker for line by line details per site. Andrew has even added a feature that allows the team to quickly search out and identify accidental entries or errors (fat-fingers or transpositions) so they can be corrected.  Additionally, he has added the ability to pull shipped material counts by tech office for all ongoing projects, then offsetting that against installed counts by site to give us even greater insight into tech office or branch material on hand.
