P2P – Construction PM April 2012

April’s construction PM meeting was focused on discussing problems with terms and conditions on PO’s, database management for accubid, job close out, collections from slow paying general contractors and steps that we can take to reduce the excuses for slow pay. There was a low turn out this month.

Attendance for this month’s P2P was very low, we recapped the progress made on the Work Order Flow Chart (WOFC) and explained where we are headed with this discipline.  We discussed the benefits of using technology to go paperless in handling work orders.  More to come on this topic.
