New Health Insurance Option with Zero Premium Costs!
For this plan, FSG will cover the monthly premium for employees. You can still add spouse, children, or family coverage for a minimal cost, but as an employee, your premiums will remain FSG’s responsibility.
FREE Virtual Healthcare and Mental Health Calls for All Employees and dependents!
We’re excited to provide all FSG employees with access to unlimited FREE virtual healthcare and mental health calls in 2024. You don’t have to participate in any of our health plan options to take advantage of this invaluable service.
Increased Employer Paid Life Insurance Benefits!
We’re increasing our employer-paid life insurance benefits from $10,000 to $30,000 at no additional cost to you.

Like last year, Open Enrollment will take place online on Paycom. Look for the 2024 Enrollment link under the Benefits tab to get started. If you don’t make any changes, your current 2023 benefits will automatically roll into 2024.
