FSG Announces Organizational Changes to Foster Growth

FSG is an institution dedicated to timeless service and contributions that empower people to reach their full potential. To do this, we must remain steadfast and focused on the sustainable and scalable growth of the business so that FSG continues as an institution for years to come!

To that end, we are excited to share several announcements regarding a few of FSG’s operational leaders.

Joining our corporate executive team are Mark Mitchell as Chief Operating Officer of Construction, and Leon Mowadia as Chief Operating Officer of Distribution. Mark accepts this position after serving as the Executive Vice President of FSG Dallas / Fort Worth for a number of years.

Previously serving as the Vice President of FSG Manhattan, Leon emerges into this role after more than two decades in the lighting business in the Northeast. Both will work in congruence with all FSG divisions to ensure consistent and dedicated efforts are being made throughout all business sectors.

In our front-line business centers, we’re excited to share several key placements.

Dean Giordano will head as Vice President of the FSG New York Lighting operation. With experience at his family’s lighting business, Summit Lighting, Dean brings the entrepreneurial spirit and fiscal competence required for the role. He looks forward to continuing to grow the business across New York and the nation. Dean says, “We have a great family in FSG NY Lighting, and I take great pride in the fact that we’ve created a culture here where employees thrive and prosper.”

Chad Owens will be taking command of our FSG California operation as Vice President of FSG California. Chad is elated to build upon the foundation that has been laid by Jared Johnson.

Beginning with FSG in 2018, Chad was able to experience and learn Jared’s leadership style, which centered around pleasing his customers and employees before all else. Jared’s influence, paired with Chad’s experience in finance and operations, has equipped him to serve as VP.

In Houston, Brian Dwyer will be leading as Vice President of FSG Houston. Marking his 26th year with FSG, Brian brings experience in leadership, sales, and customer experience, as well as a clear-cut vision for success. He attributes his ability to inherently understand his customers’ needs to his years serving in sales and management roles.

Lastly, but certainly not least, FSG announces Jeremy Ripley as the Vice President of FSG Dallas / Fort Worth.  In Jeremy’s 18th year with FSG, he brings years of construction and facility solutions experience to one of the company’s largest operations, spanning across the DFW metroplex. Jeremy is exuberant to lead the DFW operation into the future.

With success as our common motive, we understand that FSG is the best when we come together. Please take a moment to congratulate Mark, Leon, Dean, Chad, Brian, and Jeremy on their hard work and dedication to the business!
