This month we took advantage of our champions being “out of pocket” to identify the various responsibilities each administrators juggles. In order to better understand “who” is doing “what”, we polled the group to help us identify how many different hats our administrators are performing. One of the unique dynamics associated with FSG is the diversity of the branches and the manner in which responsibilities are assigned. This is determined by each branch and what works best for FSG in that market. We will use this info to better identify needs for equipping and training.
