Celebrating the 2025 Propel Career Academy Graduates

This year, 24 dedicated apprentices from six FSG divisions crossed an important milestone in their professional journeys: graduation from Propel Career Academy. The ceremony marks the end of a four-year commitment to learning and growth, and the beginning of the next chapter in their careers as electricians.

Graduation ceremonies were held in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and New York. This year also welcomed a new milestone: Corpus Christi celebrated its very first graduating cohort.

Propel Career Academy is FSG’s in-house apprenticeship program, designed to prepare students for a successful career in the electrical trade. Graduates complete four years of instruction and hands-on experience, culminating in the Mike Holt Journeyman Prep course. While graduation doesn’t automatically grant them their license, it does mean these individuals are now eligible and prepared to take their journeyman license exam within the coming months.

“It takes unwavering dedication to invest in yourself with consistency and purpose. Over the past four years, our apprentices have done exactly that. Their hard work will not only shape their careers but will leave a lasting impact on their lives and families. I am incredibly proud of each graduate and deeply grateful for the commitment each division has shown in building their workforce. Together, we’re making FSG a stronger, more dynamic company.”
– Julie Eddards, VP of Propel

Congratulations to all the 2025 graduates, and thank you to the teams, instructors, and mentors who supported them along the way. Your efforts continue to shape the future of FSG and the industry.
