One way we honor and support our employees is through our Tenure Recognition Program. This program creates a sense of pride and ownership when reaching tenure milestones and allows us to celebrate employees in a meaningful way and thank them for their quality work throughout every stage of their career with FSG.
On January 1, 2023, we added two new service awards:
1 Year of Service
Employees who reach their first year of service will receive an electronic voucher to redeem at the FSG Tenure Award Store on an item of their choice worth up to $50, along with a digital anniversary card.
3 Years of Service
Employees who reach their third year of service will receive an electronic voucher to redeem at the FSG Tenure Award Store on an item of their choice worth up to $100, along with a digital anniversary card.
These two new service awards will join the other employee milestone awards already established in FSG’s Tenure Recognition Program.
FSG will now and forever be an institution that values its employees above all else. With our newly expanded Tenure Recognition Program, we hope every member of the FSG team will personally understand how much we value their contribution to our shared mission of increasing their quality of life!
