Exciting changes are underway that will allow us to provide higher levels of service and a better shopping experience for our customers. A new centralized call center to handle incoming MRO calls from around the country, teamed with three master distribution centers will make the buying experience for our customers second to none in the industry.
FSG wants to do for on-line lighting ordering what Amazon Prime has done for on-line ordering of just about everything else. FSG wants to be the “Amazon Prime” of the lighting world, but we can’t do it without a good name and that is where you can help.
