FSG National Accounts is proud to recognize our second quarter award winners.
Ashley Lopez- Top Performance – To the employee who has contributed above and beyond during the quarter, delivered an outstanding contribution to profitability, or generally is recognized as the TOP performing employee of the quarter. This is what Aaron Schrader had to say about Ashley: Ashley has shown herself to be a top performer by exhibiting qualities of going above and beyond in our daily work routine. She has taken the bull by the horns, so to say, with managing her customer and delivering top shelf customer service. Ashley has taken the initiative to educate herself on the extensive amount of parts required to service her customer and done so with a smile on her face. She has been able to learn multiple strategies for troubleshooting all different display lighting issues within Sephora’s portfolio. She is able to walk techs step by step through opening and tracing out the location of components to reduce time onsite and improve our service levels with the customer. As she continues down this path, I believe she will only grow stronger and provide top tier Account Management for many years to come. With a smile… and a high pitched giggle…
Kia French – Spirit Award – To the employee who demonstrates consistent positive attitude in all settings each quarter. This is what Randy had to say about Kia: It is with great pleasure that I nominate Kia for the Spirit Award. In every facet of the word, Kia’s character is hard to refute as she consistently maintains a positive and cheerful perspective throughout her daily activities. No matter the task, Kia meets every challenge head-on, with enthusiasm, a “can-do” attitude, and a smile on her face. As our sourcing specialist, Kia’s job assignments can easily become discouraging as she attempts to navigate multiple platforms, whether it’s searching for a needle in a haystack in a place no one knows or vetting contractors to be our next “go-to” vendor. Her creativity and personable demeanor are attributes that have served her well and will undoubtedly play a role in her success at FSG.
