The Customer Care Center (CCC) has announced its Spotlight Awards for the 4th Quarter of 2019. The CCC Spotlight Award is a quarterly recognition program that is voted on by the members of the CCC. The goal of the program is to “shine the spotlight” on those who are doing the most to help the CCC provide a great customer experience for our clients around the country.
Our winners and nominees for Q4, 2019 are:
WINNERS:
Connie Golightly (CCC Team 1) – Recently Connie has really been handling a lot of communication from Simon, and that’s very much appreciated
She has been awesome jumping in to help with Simon 2020 initiative process. Great team player!
She really has jumped in to help the team on Simon. She’s gaining a ton of confidence and it’s great to see her getting right into the swing of things. She’s always been a great team player but it’s nice to be reminded of that when you ask something new and out of her comfort zone.
Suzanne Rodriguez (Empire Lighting) – Suzanne is the Philips rep for NY & NJ. We work with her very closely on the MRD account and we could not do it without her. She manages all of our order entry, expediting, and everything required to convert the European part numbers over to US part numbers. It has been a lot of work on her end and she is consistently on top of everything. Easy to do business with, follow up, keep detailed notes, is an all-around Rockstar!
Lauren Preston (CCC Team 5) – Since the day she joined our team, her willingness to learn and a bright and cheery attitude have been so refreshing. She is always ready to jump in and help any time, with any account. She is a great addition to CCC High Five and such a great teammate.
She is always willing to help and, the most important thing for me is her POSITIVE attitude!
Melissa Ocanas (CCC Team 2) – Melissa has stepped up every time asked and has a great work ethic. Also, she has a great attitude.
Melissa has displayed a fantastic team player mentality this quarter that is much appreciated! We’re lucky to have her on Team 2!
Timothy Johnson (Solutions Team) – Whenever we work with Tim on a project, he is always organized, timely, detail-oriented, and involved just as much as he needs to be to answer questions, or interface with the customer as needed.
Tim is a pleasure to work with. Project hand-offs from him are always well done, which makes managing the project that much more successful.
Lori Hubbard (CCC Team 3) – Lori diligently takes notes and then applies those notes where they need to be used. She quietly handles a large amount of work, while still contributing to all areas of our team.
Lori had a strong quarter of contribution – regularly ending up at or near the top in all important categories. Very strong contribution from her in Q4.
NOMINEES:
Chris Dembosz (MDC970) – again this quarter he has shown attention to detail and hard work. He is the best communicator and will do anything to help us with any customer demands.

Victoria Sexton (CCC Team 4) – See has settled into her role very well and has been doing a great job with the tasks given to her. She has become a great asset to Team 4.
Sarah Chacanaca (GE Current) and Karla Bickers (LEDVANCE) – Both have been instrumental with my NAC customer Neiman Marcus and both have world-class attitudes.
Also, after months of asking for Neiman Marcus warranty resolution, Sarah as really tried to get every single warranty item closed out correctly and quickly to meet our deadline.
Alex Alarcon (CCC Team 5) – Alex always has a positive attitude, is always the first one willing to jump in and help and is never afraid to take anything on. He has definitely been a huge part in the success of our team and keeping things running smoothly.
Kim Pickerelli (Illuminations) – She has been very helpful and responsive any time that an issue arises with Burlington. I know that when I need help on an order she’s got my back.
Cecil Chavez (CCC Team 2) – Cecil has a great work ethic and is very detailed when explaining issues to his customer. His customer service skills are amazing. On top of all that, he’s still willing to help any of his team members when we need his help resolving any issues.
Erik Berthelsen (Corp AR) – He’s always very helpful when I ask him any questions about my account status. Erik makes sure that I am aware of any changes that will affect our team and the orders that we place.
Kevin Romney (FSG Phoenix) – Kevin is on the ball. It feels like he is always two steps ahead of where you need him to be. Quick to get material picked up and delivered. Always quick to respond to emails.
Amanda Barnes (LEDVANCE) – She has been instrumental in getting materials out quickly and making returns painless.
Bill Gustin (FSG Account Manager for Simon) – The Southdale Center job, which we started last summer, turned into a very complex job. Multiple changes were made by the EC, including a requirement to come up with an entirely new item by Acuity as well as significant changes to the bill of material. Bill was instrumental to the development of the BOM, never gave up on this project, and he helped me get to the order release phase. If it weren’t for his professionalism and devotion, this project might still be in the planning stage.
Tara Visker (CCC Team 3) – Tara’s dedication and work ethic are hard to match. Even though she has a lot on her plate, she still finds time to help me when there are questions about my project. She is a great leader and a wonderful example for FSG.
