FSG Welcomes Justin McCullough, Chief Innovation and Product Officer

FSG is excited to welcome Justin McCullough as Chief Innovation and Product Officer at Facility Solutions Group.

Justin will report to Tom Riland, Chief Information Officer and will office at between FSG’s Round Rock and at FSG’s corporate office.  Justin’s role will support FSG’s corporate leadership and technology growth goals in order to continue our commitment to our customers as their total solution. He will establish a cohesive program for the management, support, and delivery of our software IP, digital products, and further our innovation efforts to develop and build new IP like Clarity by FSG.

Justin comes to FSG with a twenty-year history in software solutions. Most recently he was at Capital One as Vice President of E-Commerce for the Small Business segment where he was responsible for the National rollout of a portfolio of products including payments mobile app, Payments Terminal, Merchant Services Gateway, E-Commerce Software-as-a-Service Platform and a point of sale device. Prior to Capital One, Justin was the VP of Operations at AmeriCommerce, an E-Commerce platform where he lead the customer experience, sales, support, engineering and marketing departments. Across the years he has managed the delivery of a multimillion dollar military contract for an Audio/Video hardware solution and installation, built and sold a CMS, E-Commerce, and Sales & Inventory Management Application and lead the regional rollout of the Yahoo Advertising Platform and several web verticals for Hearst.

Justin has a BBA in Management of Information Systems and a track record of successfully developing and launching digital products and leading a wide variety of sales, product marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives. 

Justin and his wife Renae have been together for 21 years and have two boys, Mason (12) and Miles (7) and are active in the community, outdoors, church and the Boy Scouts of America.
