FSG Introduces Katy Harkey as Houston’s HR Generalist
FSG is delighted to introduce Katy Harkey as our new HR Generalist based out of Houston. Katy will report to Sunny Rajabi, FSG’s Director of Employee Experience. She will serve as HRG for FSG Houston, Florida, Albuquerque, Phoenix, and Denver.
In this role, Katy will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle and experience in Houston, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Florida, and Denver. She represents one of many investments in our HR team that support a development philosophy based on building employee solutions, candidate engagement, and profit growth.
Katy is a human resources professional with over six years of experience in progressive human resource leadership for rapidly growing companies spanning four separate industries. She specializes in bringing her team’s expectations to fruition by relying on two main components for workforce excellence: integrity, and transparency.
