Introducing Humans of FSG. This project, initiated by the Human Resources team at Corporate, is intended to highlight the individuals that dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that this company is better for everyone involved.
While being a company of roughly 2,300 employees, Facility Solutions Group’s internal culture still has a familial feel to it. From field technicians to branch managers, there are so many stories to tell. These stories are what come together to form the centralized message of FSG.
Our goal with this project is not only to highlight employees and projects, but also share the unique story of FSG. By doing this, we can show others why FSG is better than the competition while also diversifying the company even more.
Once we have collected enough stories, Humans of FSG’s home will be on Instagram.
