FSG Bids a Warm Farewell to Mark Condry

FSG exists because of the remarkable individuals that continuously choose FSG. The FSG Constitution states, “Our greatest strengths and most important assets are the quality and commitment of our people. Because the future of our company depends upon our people and their continued pride in and commitment to FSG, they must be valued above all.”

It is with immense gratitude that FSG announces Mark Condry’s retirement, effective August 31st. As the Customer Care Center Director, Mark has been a notable figure within the business for 17 years. Throughout his tenure, Mark has made a number of innovative strides for the business, most notably the formation of FSG’s Customer Care Center (CCC) in 2014.

Merging three independent inside sales teams and three local warehouses, the CCC was initially focused on smaller-scale MRO transactions. Today, the Center manages large, complex lighting projects for demanding clients nationwide. Mark credits the Project Management teams as well as the Customer Care teams for the astounding success of the CCC.

Mark reflects on his career with FSG saying, “I have been so blessed to work with a group of folks at FSG that has made these 17 years fly by. I will always be thankful to FSG for the opportunities, the friendships I’ve made, and the experiences and memories I will take with me.”

While this doesn’t even graze the surface of Mark’s story, continue reading here to learn more about Mark’s career, his most illustrious mentor at FSG, and what he’s most excited about in this next phase of life.

Congratulate Mark and wish him well on his next venture below!
