May 8-12 is Mental Health Awareness Week. As an institution, FSG is dedicated to willingly contributing to the quality of life of all our employees, so we wanted to take this week as an opportunity to remind everyone about the mental health resources available to everyone at FSG. We understand that life can be stressful, and it’s essential to prioritize our mental health.
We’re proud to offer all FSG employees access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our EAP provides up to three FREE, in-person or virtual confidential counseling services, resources, and referrals for additional support if needed. It is available to ALL FSG employees, regardless of whether or not you’re on our health insurance plan. Additional mental health services are covered if you are insured through one of FSG’s healthcare plans and the cost depends on which plan you have.
Also, FSG’s learning team has put together many mental health training courses available at fsg-learning.com.
We want to encourage all FSG employees to prioritize their mental health and take advantage of the resources available. We’re committed to creating a supportive workplace culture that addresses the mental health needs of our employees.
