After reviewing last month’s SLA and Fit and Tight reports we began discussing challenges at one of the branches regarding AP issues. Robin Taylor and Stacy Justice are addressing bottlenecks and helping and are working to help smooth out logistical “bumps” that are slowing down processing in a couple of branches. Also began discussing challenges in receiving work orders from technicians in a timely manner. Some take a couple of day’s to get paperwork turned in. This has an impact on closing out work orders. In the middle of the conference we lost audio connections due to a technical difficulty. Jake Clark was able to resolve the problem eventually, however, we dismissed the meeting and agreed to reconvein next month.
