In order for your new phone to work effectively, please remember to log in ShoreTel (on citrix) with your username and password.
The instructions are below:
- Click on the Shoretell Call Manager Icon
- Follow brief instructions/prompt
- Log-in using your fist initial/last name (ex: danis fuentez = dfuentezx)
- Type in default password: changeme
- Follow instructions/prompt to change password
- Change any phone settings as desired.
