Using ShoreTel

In order for your new phone to work effectively, please remember to log in ShoreTel (on citrix) with your username and password.  

The instructions are below:

  1. Click on the Shoretell Call Manager Icon
  2. Follow brief instructions/prompt
  3. Log-in using your fist initial/last name (ex: danis fuentez = dfuentezx)
  4. Type in default password: changeme
  5. Follow instructions/prompt to change password
  6. Change any phone settings as desired.
