FSG Dallas partnered with Archer Western, Lennar Multifamily Communities, and RTKL Associates, Inc. for a tenant build-out with a luxury residential tower, upscale movie theater, dining and retail spaces, and an attached parking garage. Over the course of two years, Victory Block G’s end product transformed the downtown space into a modern, trendy destination.

Completing all of the electrical work for the build-out on a strict schedule, FSG encountered issues regarding limited space for staging areas. They were able to work with the general contractor to ensure that product arrived as it was needed. Meeting LEED standards, this project was able to upgrade the surrounding aesthetic as well as reduce the environmental impact of the facility.
