Our dispatchers reviewed work order status codes. After reviewing each of the status codes, we identified several that should be omitted from the list and a few that are vague and need to be re-worded. These will be reviewed with Service Managers and NAC as well. Once we finalize this discovery phase, we will have IT modify the status codes in GUI. At that time, we will generate the report which will reflect compliance with WOFC time-lines. Stacy reviewed the NAC Escalation Policy, as well as the Acceptance / Rejection Policy. We also talked through a few more issues with the WOFC that surfaced since our last meeting. Primarily, a few NAC Expediters need to improve communication with the branch prior to reassigning Work Orders to affiliates.
